Can you provide samples before we place a formal order? And can you provide pre-production samples?
Fuliya supports sampling services, and pre-production sample approval is a rigid prerequisite for mass production:
Sampling Service: We offer paid sampling services, producing physical samples according to specific requirements for client confirmation.
Sample Fee Refund: The sample fee is fully refundable once the bulk order reaches the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
Pre-Production Sample Approval:
• A pre-production sample is provided before production for the client‘s final confirmation.
• Mass production will never commence without receiving the client’s signed/stamped sealed sample approval.
• This pre-production sample approval system effectively prevents batch rework, customer complaints, and delivery delays.
Sealed Sample Filing: The mutually signed sealed samples are uniformly archived and serve as the sole standard for mass production and quality acceptance.

How long does it take to produce a laminated bag sample? How long does plate making take?
Laminated bag sampling requires plate making first, followed by sewing production:
Plate Making Cycle: Gravure printing plate making takes 10-12 days.
Total Sampling Cycle: Plate making 10-12 days + sewing 2 days, with sampling expected to be completed within 15 days in total.
Printing Colors: Laminated bag gravure printing can print up to 7 colors (including white).
Process Description: The lamination of PP woven fabric uses OPP film, which is bonded to the PP woven material by melting PP granules.
What is the legal effect of a sealed sample? And why is it mandatory to seal samples?
The mutually signed sealed sample is the core basis for mass production and quality acceptance:
Legal Effect of Sealed Sample: The sealed sample signed and confirmed by both parties serves as the sole standard for quality judgment of subsequent mass production.
Core Value:
• Effectively prevents later trade disputes related to pattern, workmanship, and materials.
• Clarifies quality acceptance criteria, reducing misunderstandings between both parties.
• Serves as an objective basis for handling customer complaints.
Management System: Sealed samples are uniformly archived and stored, accessible for reference and comparison by production, quality control, and after-sales departments at any time.
Rigid Requirement: Mass production will never commence without receiving the client’s sealed sample approval, eliminating the risk of batch rework from the very beginning.
