How long does it take from order placement to final delivery? What is the full-process fulfillment timeline?
Fuliya provides full-chain foreign trade fulfillment services with clear and transparent lead times throughout the entire process:

【Stage 3: Booking, Container Loading & Export Customs Clearance】 1-3 working days
Arrange shipping space, load containers, prepare full set of shipping documents, and obtain customs clearance at the port of departure.

Can we add more quantity to our order? And can we ship it together with the previous order?
Yes, we support adding quantity to the existing order. However, please note the following:
Addition Policy: Quantity can be added on top of the original order.
Lead Time Impact: Adding quantity may extend the overall delivery lead time. The exact extension depends on the added quantity and the complexity of the production process.
Recommendation: We recommend finalizing the total quantity at the order confirmation stage to avoid any delays caused by later additions.
Quality Assurance: The added portion will be manufactured under the same production processes and QC standards as the original order, ensuring consistent quality.
Will you provide progress updates during production? How can we check the order status?
Fuliya has established a regular production progress update mechanism, allowing clients to track order status in real time:
Update Frequency: Production progress is updated every 7 days during the production period.
Update Content:
• Production progress report: current operation stage, completion percentage, and estimated completion time.
• On-site video footage: actual workshop production scenes and product close-ups.
Proactive Communication: In case of any production abnormality or delivery schedule adjustment, we will proactively notify the client immediately and provide solutions.
Communication Channels: Updates are shared via the client‘s preferred channels, such as email, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
Will raw material shortages affect the delivery lead time? What contingency plans do you have?
Fuliya has established a raw material safety stock mechanism to ensure stable delivery:
Regular Stock: Safety stock is maintained for core fabrics and commonly used hardware accessories.
Contingency Role: This helps us respond to sudden situations such as delayed shipments from upstream fabric suppliers or raw material shortages.
Price Lock: Once the order is confirmed, we simultaneously lock in raw material prices and delivery schedules to hedge against price increases.
Exception Handling: In case of shortages of special materials, we will notify the client within 24 hours and provide alternative solutions or adjusted delivery plans.
