How do you control product quality? What is your QC inspection process?
Fuliya implements a three-stage full-chain quality inspection system, aligned with ISO 9001 quality management standards. Inspection records are retained throughout the entire process to prevent batch quality incidents from the source.
【Stage 1: First Article Inspection (FAI)】
• Execution Points: 100% performed before mass production after each production line starts, material/accessory/process changes, or shift handover (night shift)
• Inspection Content: Full dimension re-measurement against the customer-approved sample; verification of fabric color codes, process details, logo craftsmanship, and hardware specifications
• Purpose: Early detection of pattern grading errors, fabric color deviations, and process discrepancies to avoid large-scale rework
• Release Criteria: Mass production may only commence after the first article passes inspection and is signed off
【Stage 2: In-Process Inspection (IPQC)】
• Execution Points: Fixed patrol inspections every 2 hours throughout mass production; 15% sampling ratio for semi-finished products per batch
• Inspection Content: Spot-check stitching, stress-bearing seam areas, and assembly precision of accessories; verify process conformity with SOPs
• Exception Handling: Minor defects are corrected immediately; batch process deviations result in immediate line stoppage for rectification
【Stage 3: Pre-Shipment Final Inspection (OQC)
• Execution Points: Mandatory inspection after products are packed and warehoused, prior to container loading and dispatch
• Standard: Internationally accepted AQL 2.5/4.0 sampling criteria (AQL 4.0 for appearance, AQL 2.5 for functionality/dimensions)
• Core Value: Detects packaging damage, missing accessories, and functional failures to ensure zero customer complaints upon arrival at destination ports
【Full Traceability】
All quality inspection records, sealed samples, and inspection videos are centrally archived. After-sales customer complaints can be fully traced within 7 days.

Fuliya Bags implements internationally accepted inspection standards and supports multiple inspection modes:
【Sampling Standards】Adopting the internationally accepted AQL 2.5/4.0 sampling standard (common national standard for the foreign-trade luggage and bag industry)
• Appearance defects: inspected at AQL 4.0
• Functional/dimensional critical defects: inspected at AQL 2.5
• Defect classification: strictly categorized into critical, major, and minor defects
【Inspection Methods】
• Factory self-inspection: 100% full inspection of all products
• Client inspection: accepts third-party 100% inspection or third-party AQL random inspection commissioned by clients
• Inspection records: all inspections are documented in written reports and image/video records for full traceability
【Six Mandatory Inspection Criteria】
1.Appearance and Raw Materials: Fabric color difference △E ≤ 2.0; surface free from stains, scratches, holes, or yarn snags
2.Dimensions and Structure: Length, width, height tolerances within ±0.5 cm; no structural distortion or asymmetry
3.Physical Durability: Trolley handle 500 extension/retraction cycles, wheels 1,000 rotation cycles, handle 15 kg load test, 1.2 m drop test
4.Metal Accessories: Zippers operate smoothly without teeth breakage; hardware passes 48-hour salt spray test with no oxidation
5.Stitching Process: Stitch density 8-9 stitches per inch; no skipped stitches, broken threads, or floating threads
6.Stress-bearing Seams: Double reinforcement at core stress-bearing areas; tensile strength ≥ 80 N
How do you control color difference?
Fuliya has established a strict fabric color difference control system to ensure product color consistency:
Color Difference Standard: Batch-to-batch fabric color difference is controlled within △E ≤ 2.0, closely matching the sealed sample.
Control Process:
1.Incoming Inspection: Dedicated personnel check each fabric delivery using professional color assessment cabinets.
2.Batch Management: Separate retained samples are kept for different fabric batches for comparison, preventing misjudgment due to natural light variations across batches.
3.Production Control: Products within the same batch use fabric from the same production batch to ensure uniform color throughout the entire order.
Professional Equipment: Equipped with standard color assessment cabinets, colorfastness testers, and other professional testing devices.
Special Considerations: During rainy or high-humidity conditions, we place extra emphasis on testing fabric water absorption and deformation to ensure color stability.
Do you have a needle detector to ensure production safety?
Fuliya has a comprehensive production safety assurance system, Equipped with professional needle detectors; all finished products are subject to needle inspection before shipment to ensure no broken needles or other metal foreign objects are present.
Sewing needles are among the most frequently used tools in bag manufacturing; their diameter is usually less than 1 mm. If a needle breaks, fragments may remain inside the product, posing a quality risk. Guangzhou Fuliya has established an independent needle traceability archive in its sewing workshop, operating as follows:
Issuance Registration System: Every sewing needle must be registered at the time of issuance, recording the user, corresponding order number, and issuance time, creating a “one person, one needle, one order” binding. Independent needle storage cabinets and a mandatory “exchange old for new” recovery mechanism ensure orderly flow of needles on the production floor.
Broken Needle Closed-Loop Management: In the event of a needle breakage, a four-level response procedure is immediately activated:
1.Immediate reporting - the user reports to the shift supervisor;
2.On-site isolation - all cut pieces and semi-finished products within a three-meter radius around the break point are physically isolated;
3.100% full inspection - every piece of material in the isolated area is subjected to dual screening by manual inspection and metal detectors to ensure no needle fragments remain;
4.Record filing - the needle model, user, order number, and handling results are entered into a register, forming a traceable closed-loop record.
This system has been running without interruption for over ten years, representing Guangzhou Fuliya’s concrete extension of preventive quality control to the smallest production units.
We are concerned about insufficient shipping quantities. Do you weigh the shipment before it leaves the warehouse?
Fuliya implements a strict shipping quantity control process to ensure accurate quantities:
Weight Verification: Every outgoing carton is weighed and verified, with quantity accuracy down to 3 decimal places.
Exception Investigation: If any weight discrepancy is detected, the carton is immediately opened to check for under- or over-packing.
Multi-layer Checking: A triple-check system - packaging-line counting, warehouse receiving re-count, and weight verification - ensures 100% shipping quantity accuracy.
Record Retention: All shipping weight records are filed and archived for future traceability and audit purposes.
Do you have an in-house laboratory? What testing equipment do you have?

Dimension Control: Subjective visual judgment of dimensions is prohibited. All dimensions must be measured with proper tools, and measurement data tables must be retained.
Color Difference Control: Separate retained samples are kept for different fabric batches to avoid color misjudgment caused by natural light variations across batches.
Environmental Control: Under rainy or high-humidity conditions, extra tests are conducted on hardware rust resistance and fabric water absorption/deformation.
Traceability Management: All inspection samples and reports are uniformly archived; after-sales customer complaints can be fully traced within 7 days.
First-Article Rigidity: If the first article fails inspection, production is immediately stopped for adjustment. Production is prohibited before issues are resolved, preventing large-scale systematic rework.
