Where do you produce when the order quantity is very large?
For large-volume orders, we adopt a multi-factory collaborative production model to ensure stable delivery and quality:
Capacity Scheduling: Based on production planning, large orders may be allocated to multiple factories for simultaneous production.
Quality Uniformity: All factories follow the same QC inspection standards and production process SOPs to ensure consistent product quality across different manufacturing sites.
Management System: Unified raw material procurement, unified process standards, and unified final inspection and acceptance ensure stable quality for batch orders.
Does your company outsource any production processes? How do you ensure quality for outsourced work?
Certain specialized processes are outsourced to qualified second-tier suppliers, with strict quality control measures in place:
Outsourced Processes: Professional techniques such as embroidery and digital printing are entrusted to second-tier suppliers.
Supplier Qualifications: All outsourced suppliers hold legitimate factory audit credentials, including certifications such as BSCI and Sedex.
Quality Control: Outsourced processed goods undergo the same 100% inspection process as in-house products upon return to our factory, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
Management System: We have established a comprehensive evaluation and management mechanism for outsourced suppliers, with regular audits of their quality performance.
