What are the key pitfalls to avoid throughout the entire QC process?
Fuliya has established a comprehensive quality inspection pitfall-avoidance mechanism to prevent quality risks at the source:
Dimension Control: Subjective visual judgment of dimensions is prohibited. All dimensions must be measured with proper tools, and measurement data tables must be retained.
Color Difference Control: Separate retained samples are kept for different fabric batches to avoid color misjudgment caused by natural light variations across batches.
Environmental Control: Under rainy or high-humidity conditions, extra tests are conducted on hardware rust resistance and fabric water absorption/deformation.
Traceability Management: All inspection samples and reports are uniformly archived; after-sales customer complaints can be fully traced within 7 days.
First-Article Rigidity: If the first article fails inspection, production is immediately stopped for adjustment. Production is prohibited before issues are resolved, preventing large-scale systematic rework.
Can you provide samples before we place a formal order? And can you provide pre-production samples?
Fuliya supports sampling services, and pre-production sample approval is a rigid prerequisite for mass production:
Sampling Service: We offer paid sampling services, producing physical samples according to specific requirements for client confirmation.
Sample Fee Refund: The sample fee is fully refundable once the bulk order reaches the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
Pre-Production Sample Approval:
• A pre-production sample is provided before production for the client‘s final confirmation.
• Mass production will never commence without receiving the client’s signed/stamped sealed sample approval.
• This pre-production sample approval system effectively prevents batch rework, customer complaints, and delivery delays.
Sealed Sample Filing: The mutually signed sealed samples are uniformly archived and serve as the sole standard for mass production and quality acceptance.

How long does it take to produce a laminated bag sample? How long does plate making take?
Laminated bag sampling requires plate making first, followed by sewing production:
Plate Making Cycle: Gravure printing plate making takes 10-12 days.
Total Sampling Cycle: Plate making 10-12 days + sewing 2 days, with sampling expected to be completed within 15 days in total.
Printing Colors: Laminated bag gravure printing can print up to 7 colors (including white).
Process Description: The lamination of PP woven fabric uses OPP film, which is bonded to the PP woven material by melting PP granules.
What is the legal effect of a sealed sample? And why is it mandatory to seal samples?
The mutually signed sealed sample is the core basis for mass production and quality acceptance:
Legal Effect of Sealed Sample: The sealed sample signed and confirmed by both parties serves as the sole standard for quality judgment of subsequent mass production.
Core Value:
• Effectively prevents later trade disputes related to pattern, workmanship, and materials.
• Clarifies quality acceptance criteria, reducing misunderstandings between both parties.
• Serves as an objective basis for handling customer complaints.
Management System: Sealed samples are uniformly archived and stored, accessible for reference and comparison by production, quality control, and after-sales departments at any time.
Rigid Requirement: Mass production will never commence without receiving the client’s sealed sample approval, eliminating the risk of batch rework from the very beginning.
Can we get a more favorable price for large-volume orders?
Yes, Fuliya implements a tiered pricing policy - the larger the order quantity, the lower the unit price:
Tiered Pricing Principle: The larger the order quantity, the lower the unit cost, and thus the more favorable the unit price.
Quotation Method: We calculate the optimal unit price individually based on the client‘s target order quantity.
Advantages for Large-Volume Orders:
• More competitive unit price
• Priority production scheduling
• Dedicated project coordination
• Flexible payment terms negotiable
Quotation Notes: Our standard quotation is on an FOB Guangzhou factory basis, including production costs and export carton packaging.
How long does it take from order placement to final delivery? What is the full-process fulfillment timeline?
Fuliya provides full-chain foreign trade fulfillment services with clear and transparent lead times throughout the entire process:
【Stage 1: Order Confirmation】 1-3 working days
Both parties finalize drawings, sealed samples, unit price, payment terms, delivery date, and trade terms. A Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued, and the order becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit.
【Stage 2: Material Procurement + Production】 20-35 working days (approx. 40 days for complex processes)
Material re-inspection → Pre-production sample approval → Cutting → Sewing → Assembly → 100% inspection → Packaging and warehousing. Progress updates are provided every 7 days.
【Stage 3: Booking, Container Loading & Export Customs Clearance】 1-3 working days
Arrange shipping space, load containers, prepare full set of shipping documents, and obtain customs clearance at the port of departure.
【Stage 4: International Transport】
• Deep-sea ocean freight (main routes to Europe/US): 30-45 days
• Near-sea ocean freight (Southeast Asia): 7-12 days
• International air freight (to Europe/US): 5-10 days
【Stage 5: Destination Customs Clearance】 3-7 working days
Assist with tariff payment, document review, inspection and release. Support for tariff reduction/exemption via Certificate of Origin is available.
【Stage 6: Final Mile Delivery】 1-3 working days
Local truck delivery to the designated address, with full logistics tracking available throughout.
【Total Lead Time Reference】
• Ocean freight to Europe/US: approx. 54-90 days
• Air freight to Europe/US: approx. 30-45 days
Can we add more quantity to our order? And can we ship it together with the previous order?
Yes, we support adding quantity to the existing order. However, please note the following:
Addition Policy: Quantity can be added on top of the original order.
Lead Time Impact: Adding quantity may extend the overall delivery lead time. The exact extension depends on the added quantity and the complexity of the production process.
Recommendation: We recommend finalizing the total quantity at the order confirmation stage to avoid any delays caused by later additions.
Quality Assurance: The added portion will be manufactured under the same production processes and QC standards as the original order, ensuring consistent quality.
