Color Difference Control: Separate retained samples are kept for different fabric batches to avoid color misjudgment caused by natural light variations across batches. Environmental Control: Under rainy or high-humidity conditions, extra tests are conducted on hardware rust resistance and fabric water absorption/deformation. Traceability Management: All inspection samples and reports are uniformly archived; after-sales customer complaints can be fully traced within 7 days. First-Article Rigidity: If the first article fails inspection, production is immediately stopped for adjustment.
